In general

I've been making dreads for about  4 years, the first two years full time, and the last two part time. I sold only locally or at cosplayconventions and animecons... But then decided that I'd like to try selling online, both ready made and custom orders. However I still sell locally sometimes, as I do post adds on craigslist and kijiji.

Cleanliness

As I'm a complete germophobe, my dread station is very VERY clean. All of my instruments and surfaces and combs are sanitized daily. This is a smoke free home, but I do have lots of animals. HOWEVER, I do not let any of my animals come into my work room. I always wash my hands, and wear clean clothes when I make my dreads as well, but I would still say if you have severe allergic reactions to animals, maybe use caution when buying my products.

Additives

Yes, yes I can and WILL add added things to your set of dreads if you ask it. I can add pretty much anything. Foam, stickers, buttons, rexlace, silk flowers/leaves, cyberlox/crin, glitter, tubing ectect. I will try to find what you wanted by option 1: Online, and send you links and ask if it fits what you have pictured in your head OR option 2: I will personally go to the local craft stores and take pictures of what I think your looking for, and send the pictures to you, ask if its what you would like, and if yes I will ask that you pay for it upfront ( This is non-refundable ) and buy it.

What are synthetic dreads?

Synthetic dreads are pretty much bunches of synthetic hair that are backcombed till firm, and then sealed with a twisting down motion to form long and THICK strands. You can either have them installed by a extentionist, or have them made into falls, wich are attatched to ribbon/elastic... And tied around buns in your hair.

Personal Standards

Honestly, theres nothing worse than receiving a pair of dread falls in the mail that are soft, not backcombed or steamed properly, discolored, and smell like cigarette smoke.

My dreads are made in a very clean environment. They are backcombed no fewer than 12 times each ( Usually 16-20 times each for the four sides- Top, bottom, and both sides ). They are then steam sealed with an industrial strength steamer in rounds three times. My dreads are not HARD, but firm in the right places. Not SOFT, but pliable in the right places, and should last you a good two years if taken care of properly.

Custom

I can and will do custom orders. Payment is required to be paid in full after I calculate all the things I need for your order, BEFORE I START YOUR ORDER, OR I BUY THE SUPPLIES NEEDED. Small custom orders have a 5-10 dollar labor fee. Medium orders have 30-35 dollars (CND) for labor fee. And large orders have 40-50 dollars for labor fee. Plus shipping. However, if you feel like you cant afford the fee's, I'm always willing to work something out.

Dread Planner

Don't know exactly what you want? You can send me a picture of something for example:  A picture of a peacock. And I will pick out the colors Medium brown, navy blue, turquoise, emerald green, lime green, and few dark purple to accent. Another example: If you were to send me a picture of Hello Kitty, I could do a white base (40) with silver, light pink, and medium pink accents and with some pink and white cyberlox. I love getting creative with orders, so I'd love LOVE love to help you.
